Committed in r78850 with these changes:

  • slightly adjusted whitespace of portfile and hadoop-bin
  • perform java 1.6 check in pre-configure, not generally
  • add message to "return -code error" call
  • moved "To revert the system after uninstalling the port" messages to a post-deactivate block so users see it at the relevant time
