Same problem here. FYI I'm on OSX Lion 10.7 Build (11A511), aka the Gold Master.
Patch is simple and obvious. Worked for me.

Looks like you are on a pre-release of Mac OS X Lion (which is a pretty important thing to mention in a bug report) and are experiencing the same problem we experienced when Snow Leopard was released. We fixed it for Snow Leopard in r56011 but I guess we should have specified that the fix was for Snow Leopard and later. (It was hard to know at the time whether this was a bug in Snow Leopard that would be resolved in Lion; looks like it's not.) Try the attached patch.
