Why does /Library/LaunchAgents/org.freedesktop.dbus-session.plist already exist and does not belong to a registered port? Did you previously install dbus manually? Or previously install dbus using MacPorts, then uninstall MacPorts incompletely? Remove the file and try again.

I have this, too. I suspect that the reason I have this is that I have a Mac port of gnucash installed, and gnucash needs dbus. It probably carries a dbus install along with it.

I'd be happy to help dig around and explore this, if someone will direct me.
