bacula @5.0.3 +mysql4: Unable to find mysql.h in standard locations

Description

Attempt to install bacula +mysql4 did not build due to a failure to find mysql.h: 

:info:configure checking for library containing dlopen... none required
:info:configure checking for PostgreSQL support... no
:info:configure checking for MySQL support... no
:info:configure configure: error: Unable to find mysql.h in standard locations

Mac Mini running 10.6.8. However, it does look like mysql4 did install normally.

mysql4 is obsolete in the extreme. Upstream support for it ended years ago, and it will be deleted from MacPorts soon. Surely you would wish to use mysql5 by now?

The mysql5 variant works fine. I'm inclined to simply remove the mysql4 variant.

I have no problem with that. I only specified mysql4 out of ignorance. If mysql5 works fine with bacula, then I am a happy camper.

I removed the mysql4 variant in r80394.
