Hi, I've tried to install texinfo on macports and I got this error.
Tried the different remedies for checksum error but it couldn't help.

Hi,
Sorry for the WikiFormat thing, I'm new here. Also, I don't really know where to look for the server address, I've attached the log file. I've entered the command:
sudo port -v install texinfo

Have you read the MisbehavingServers page? What does the HTML in the downloaded file say?

it works... sorry for my ignorance... the file was in fact an html page from our wifi.
Note: See
TracTickets for help on using
tickets.
Please remember to use WikiFormatting and to fill in the Port and Cc fields.
Also, for checksum errors, you need to tell us what server the problematic distfile was downloaded from. Read the FAQ.
