Description
I'm not able to build arb on my system. It fails with:
ld: in AWTC/AWTC.a, section not found for address 0x0000689E
I originally mentioned this in comment:ticket:30342:10 but it deserves its own ticket. The full log is attached to that ticket.

As the arb port maintainer I receive questions from users who are having trouble installing or running arb, but during the last four months nobody has reported this problem. The arb port is used by an active community of research scientists, postdoctoral researchers and graduate students. This error seems to have been an isolated incident. Plus, this ticket refers to arb 5.2 and the current version is 5.3 ticket 32054. I suggest that this ticket be closed.
