UPDATE: Patch to irssi Portfile

Small patch to clean up a bit the arguments passed to configure through the irssi variants: if we first, for instance, --disable-ipv6 in the main body of the port, then we should delete that when we call +ipv6 before appending the corresponding --enable-ipv6; if not the conf args end up as "--arg1 -- disable-ipv6 --arg3 --enable-ipv6", which addmitedly doesn't break anything but doesn't make much sense either. Likewise for the +ssl and +perl variants.

Lastly, this port is still under fkr's maintainership, but he left the project so we should reassign this (and his other ports) to new maintainers. Who's stepping up? The full list of his ports follows:
