Hi
As I have understood how to report a bug, and I am able to produice several per day. Trying to install gtk-sharp, it hasn't worked:
sth-dw399:~ benjaminleduc$ sudo port install gtk-sharp ---> Computing dependencies for gtk-sharp ---> Building gtk-sharp Error: Target org.macports.build returned: shell command failed (see log for details) Log for gtk-sharp is at: /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_x11_gtk-sharp/gtk-sharp/main.log Error: Status 1 encountered during processing. To report a bug, see <http://guide.macports.org/#project.tickets>

Looks like this and #30640 have the same cause.

Another solution is adding build.asroot yes
to the Portfile. I've recommended this to people in IRC that have run into this specific problem.

gtk-sharp2 also does not handle the environment well.

Seems to build fine currently.
Note: See
TracTickets for help on using
tickets.
Please clean ("sudo port clean gtk-sharp") and try again; if it fails again attach the complete main.log. (The one you attached is incomplete.)
