I noticed following errors at the end of the log file:

I made sure it's not a compiler problem by trying dith the default (llvm-gcc-4.2), gcc-4.2 and clang compilers. All fail with the same error.

Committed likely fix in r82699. Let me know if it still fails - I didn't bother setting up on a case-sensitive partition/dmg.
