Description
php 5.3.7 is out but contains a critical flaw so we must wait for 5.3.8 and update php5 and related bundled module ports to that version.
We should update php5-devel to any available 5.3.8 release candidate as well, or to 5.3.8 final if there is no release candidate.
The suhosin patch has been updated for 5.3.7 so we can now resolve #29463 too. And text modifications suggested in #29867 could also be applied
