Update of Port for Denemo to 0.9 Version

Description
The MacPort code base for Denemo is [ 0.8.10 ]. The current version of Denemo is [ 0.9.0 ].
A mod has just been made (Sept 6, 2011) to the main branch to remove all Mac-specific code. It is the developers' opinion that this will ease the port, as the code is probably no longer needed, and may actually cause problems.

Updated denemo to 1.1.0 in r114612.

I am working on updating denemo to the latest 1.0.8 version. It requires rubberband, for which we don't yet have a port. I'm working on making one, but so far haven't gotten it to compile.
