Unify py*-googleappengine ports

With the new python PortGroup, we can unify ports that install the same Python modules for different Python versions. I've put together a unified port for Google App Engine. snc and newlix.yang, if it's alright with you two, I'd like to remove the py25-googleappengine, py26-googleappengine, and py27-googleappengine ports from the repository, and replace them with the attached, unified py-googleappengine port.

I don't mind maintaining these ports, but I don't spend a lot of time actively maintaining my ports: I update them when I personally need them updated, and push those updates out to the world. If that's OK with everyone, then sure, I can take on one more port. :)

I'm just looking for simplicity in the maintainer structure: instead of 2 or more maintainers if there's a single person that makes life easier in my mind for tickets. I'd either take over entirely, or pass to you or newlix.yang.

Fair enough. Since you already maintain two of the three old ports, I'd suggest that you just take over ownership of the unified port, but I'll let you fight it out with newlix.yang. :)
