hi, i updated the portfile to build openconnect 3.12. since the distfile for this version does not seem to exist on http mirrors i removed them. the dependency port:gconf is not required to build the port. cheers

I applied the patch in r86308. Also added libproxy dependency, and changed to using just rmd160 and sha256 checksums. This also resolves #27805. In r86310 I removed the old patchfile.
