Error updating to 2.0.3 on Lion with Xcode 3.2.1

I am getting an error when running selfupdate.

I am not sure where the log file is located but here is an excerpt of the output that looks relevant.

Xcode 3.2.x is for Snow Leopard. For Lion, please upgrade to Xcode 4.1.x. It's free on the Mac App Store.
