py-psycopg broken on Mac OS X 10.4 and 10.4.1

The py-psycopg port has been broken since I upgraded to Max OS X 10.4 "Tiger". /opt/local/etc/ports/variants.conf contain "+ipv6 +no_x11 -mod_dav_svn -mac-os-x-server- mod_dav_svn +python +perl -javahl" as the only line, but commenting it out doesn't change anything. All other port(1) configuration files are unchanged from the defaults.
