Description

I get this error when trying to run secpwgen. I'm assuming that the dependencies aren't correct for this port. 

$ secpwgen 
dyld: Library not loaded: libcl.3.4.dylib
  Referenced from: /opt/local/bin/secpwgen
  Reason: image not found

Fixed cryptlib in r85985 and increased revision of secpwgen (the only port that depends on cryptlib) in r85986 to force a rebuild.
