Actually the first error is:
error: phonon/videowidget.h: No such file or directory
Installing phonon solves this problem, even though there is no phonon dependency stated for py27-pyqt4. Continuing build results in bug #31693.

Here's what should be a unified port file that fixes this and #31693. I need to create a ticket to ask the maintainer to convert over the ports... users/eborisch/python/py-pyqt4/Portfile
