Running on 10.7.2, with Xcode 4.2 build 4D199 the following fails:
sudo port install multimarkdown
Using the llvm-gcc compiler works:
sudo port install multimarkdown configure.compiler=llvm-gcc-4.2

I just updated multimarkdown to version 3.2. Can you do a
port selfupdate
, try again, and see if it works now? I'm on Lion as well, and it works for me.

port selfupdate
, try again, and see if it works now? I'm on Lion as well, and it works for me.
