fop: checksum mismatch because html file because ibiblio mirrors are down

When installing texlive, the installation stop at fop:

sudo port install texlive

Fixed ibiblio's URL in the apache group in r87040. That should address at least the two ports in this ticket. You'll need to clean out the bad distfile, i.e.:

sudo port clean --all fop

or

sudo port clean --all apr-util

and also:

sudo port selfupdate

I'm still checking on the rest of the fetch groups.
