Description

Starting F# Interactive, using fsi, gives the error: 

> Failed to install ctrl-c handler. Ctrl-C handling will not be available (sorry). Error was:
	Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.

The new F# Interactive, fsharpi, does not seem to have this problem.
Somewhere along the line it must have been fixed.
