Build fails. The problem seems to be:

I see you are using clang. Does llvm-gcc-4.2 or gcc-4.2 work? See ProblemHotlist#compiler.

Having encountered the same problem, I confirm that it works with the following command:
port -sv install mjpegtools configure.compiler=llvm-gcc-4.2

Has duplicate #34849. This bug was also filed as Gentoo bug 409197 and upstream bug 3515859. There is a patch attached there. Fixed in r94275.
correction: The port version should read 2.0.3
