Build fails with the message: 

rror: Target org.macports.build returned: shell command failed (see log for details)
Error: Failed to install glib2
Log for glib2 is at: /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_devel_glib2/glib2/main.log
Error: The following dependencies were not installed: gnutls pkgconfig glib2 libidn
Error: Status 1 encountered during processing.

Please selfupdate, clean the affected port, and try again before reporting tickets. This is a duplicate of #32185 which was fixed yesterday.

sudo port selfupdate
sudo port install glib2
