Fixed in r87793 by updating the Portfile for changes in the Xcode build location introduced in Xcode 2.1. I also updated the port to version 1.2.0pre3 and switched to using the xcode portgroup and its helper methods. This now builds and runs for me on Tiger i386.
It won't build on Snow Leopard because it uses Jam.
