reduce-algebra: install docs in standard location

Port: | reduce-algebra |
Description
Users expect ports to install documentation in ${prefix}/share/doc/${name} but reduce-algebra installs it in ${prefix}/libexec/${name}/doc. Does reduce-algebra need it to be there? If so, we could install a symlink in the standard location so users can find it. Otherwise, we should move it to the standard location.

replaced_by reduce - it appears this isn't an issue now.

I don't think it matters. I know that CSL Reduce running WX or FOX provides a help menu that launches the HTML in a web browser. But I haven't included that in the Portfile (yet).
