Description

OSX 10.6.8, Xcode 4.0.2 Package builds without error but fails at runtime: 

Python 2.7.2 (default, Nov 21 2011, 15:04:09) 
[GCC 4.2.1 (Apple Inc. build 5666) (dot 3)] on darwin
