openjpeg build error

Description
Hi I tried to OpenCV (image processing library) using MacPort, following this method http://opencv.willowgarage.com/wiki/Mac_OS_X_OpenCV_Port
Two problems :
1/ I did "sudo port selfupdate", it worked fine, but finishing by "The ports tree has been updated. To upgrade your installed ports, you should run
port upgrade outdated"
I did "port upgrade outdated" but failled... "Error: Insufficient privileges to write to MacPorts install prefix."
2/ I continued however and I did "sudo port install opencv +universal" The process failled (See attached Log File)

- You need to use
sudo. - Please attach the main.log.

Note that the opencv port does not have a universal variant, so asking for the universal variant will have no effect.
