I do not have a Tiger machine to test a universal build. I am closing this ticket, but please reopen it if you find any problem.
Note: See
TracTickets for help on using
tickets.
I have reintroduced patch files that were deleted in r88231, and committed in r88692. The current version of Portaudio (pa_stable_v19_20111121) seems to require patches as well as the previous one unfortunately. See http://portaudio.com/trac/wiki/ReleaseNotes.
Could you check whether the port builds successfully on Tiger or not?
I have been confused about the build of Portaudio, and I leave a note in the following:
PortAudio is built as a universal binary by default, and we should use the --disable-mac-universal option with configure for non-universal build. We should also follow the way of MacPorts for universal build instead of using the --enable-mac-universal option.
