Description (last modified by ryandesign (Ryan Carsten Schmidt))
Hi,
i installed Macports 2.0.3 on Leopard and tried to install libcompat, but i cant find it.
But i saw at here (attachment:ticket:12373:libcompat-compile.txt) that libcompat should exist on Macports.
I use an Mac G4 PPC.

Oh ok.
I tried to compile the NCSA module for squid proxy and it told me i need libcompat
MacMini:NCSA info$ make
make: * No rule to make target ../../../compat/libcompat.la', needed by
ncsa_auth'. Stop.
So i should read a bit more about squid. Thanks for your information.

#12373 was four years ago. A lot of things change in four years. libcompat was deleted two years ago because we thought all functions from libcompat were available in Tiger and up already; see #12853. Why do you think you still need libcompat?
