The patch needs some fixes:
- The revision needs to be reset to zero. Best to simply delete the revision line.
- The rmd160 checksum should not be removed. Instead the md5 and sha1 checksum should be removed and a sha256 checksum added.

Sorry to let you down. The original patch works; it's a side-effect of some other work, I am too busy to take care of this.
