Description
VICE is an emulator collection which emulates the C64, the C64-DTV, the C128, the VIC20, almost all PET models, the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

Is there still interest in adding this port? VICE appears to still be developed (3.3 was released 2018-12-20).
I don't think this should be called vice-devel if there isn't going to be a non-devel port.
