Hello,
It seems that firefox is on x11 and only the 7.0.1 version is available throw macport. But firefox is on 9.0.1 version and native.
Please update this package

Yeah, I gave up after 3-4 hours of build failures. At least what I did fix seems to have been integrated upstream, but firefox is more of a fight than I want to take regularly. If you really want a newer version, patches are welcome...

Also, I'm not interested in building the Cocoa version. Only the X11 version is interesting to me. If you want to build the Cocoa version, you'll need to provide/maintain your own port.

The existing version does everything I need it to.

Obsolete because Firefox has been deleted from the ports tree in r115717.
I fixed the port names. In the future, please Cc the port maintainer(s).
