I modified some parts of the Portfile, including adding a license and sha256 checksum. Chaco (and Enable) install fine for me, but Chaco is not working on my system, I think because I am using the pyqt4 backend (via py-pyface) rather than wx. I don't have time to test the wx backend.

Instead of a new portfile for py27-chaco, please supply a patch to convert the existing py26-chaco to the new unified python portgroup, updating and enhancing it as necessary.
