Description
The port should install the OIS.pc file that is generated by the source package makefiles to the /opt/local/lib/pkgconfig files such that other programs can automatically detect the presence and configuration for the library, however, the current portfile does not install it.

FYI, it's not just that the port's current destroot doesn't install OIS.pc; it's that the port's current build process does not actually build it.
