Hey guys,

Just proposing two specific small image converting tools, that isn't as robust (or huge as ImageMagick)

bmp2png/png2bmp is a pair of simple command-line utilities that convert between Windows BMP format and PNG (Portable Network Graphics).

Let me know if it is up to scratch!

Fetching GPL'd code from a VCS is problematic now that we are distributing binaries. If the repo ever goes away, we would then be distributing binaries without being able to supply the source when asked, in violation of the GPL. So in such a case we really need to fetch a tarball which we can then mirror.

I pulled down the code from my gitlab as it was irrelevant (compared to the conversions that imagemagik provides).
