I've updated the Portfile patches with license and add_users.
I tried port lint on the old Portfile and it didn't give me the warnings:
$ port lint ---> Verifying Portfile for xymon ---> 0 errors and 0 warnings found. $ port lint --nitpick ---> Verifying Portfile for xymon ---> 0 errors and 0 warnings found.
Do you have an idea why ?

You are probably running MacPorts 2.0.3, while Andrea has probably build the latest development version of MacPorts from trunk. These new lint warnings will appear in a future version of MacPorts.

You should be as specific as possible about the license. In this case, it looks like "GPL-2" would be more accurate.

Thanks for checking and committing. And indeed it's GPL-2.
Note: See
TracTickets for help on using
tickets.
port lint gives two warnings for both ports: please add a license and switch to add_users.
