#33235 closed update (fixed)
update roll to 2.0.0

Port: | roll |
Description
Since the roll
port doesn't have "openmaintainer" listed as a maintainer, I'm submitting a ticket for the update of this port, instead of simply updating it myself. If the maintainer gives permission, I can commit this update myself.

David, are you going to commit this? The license formatting is incorrect BTW.

sure you can submit it, I maintain roll but not the port file. If help is needed I could also begin to maintain the port file but although I am a Mac user I was never involved in MacPorts.
You listed yourself as the maintainer in the portfile you submitted in #16374. If you don't want the job that's OK, but you seem to have been doing fine in the past with e.g. #17654. :)

Ok it would be no problem. What do I need to do to "maintain" it. Just submit new port files as tickets? If more work is needed is there a quick quide?

Hi,

By the way: I am no longer using the gmail account actively (although it still works). You can update the maintainers email and URLs
