Description
As described in summary vnstat fails to build. Here's the log: http://pastebin.com/uAtC6zvE
The file gd.h. is located where it should be, but vnstats makefile misses the macport default CPPFLAGS. So the solution would be passing CPPFLAGS to the Makefile somehow.

Fixed in r91222.
Attaching the log file to the ticket rather than linking an external pastebin makes the ticket more coherent, you may not know when a pastebin has gone for good.
