Description

Digikam can crash with large albums on OS X: ​https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=289330

This includes the patch from that ticket in the Digikam port.

Committed in r91169. I made the new patchfile apply on darwin only, since the bug report only mentions problems on OS X; is that ok?
