Yeah, I know... the issue is that you need a newer install_name_tool than you have... I'll take care of that...

Please install odcctools first (r91264) and then try again.
In a few days I'll be able to try that. Right now my PowerPC hardware is in Tiger mode, fetching, building, installing updated software.

Finally a rebuild produced a working quartz-wm.
