py-dot: remove py24 and py25 subport

In the effort to remove python24 packages, py-dot needs its py24 subport removed.

Something probably went wrong here in the past:

We need to check the history, but I guess py-dot should have been replaced by all the subports of py-pydot, but this is the case only for the stub port and not the subports.

Okay, for py{ver}-dot is replaced by py{ver}-pydot. However, there is no py24-pydot subport, therefore py24-dot has no replacement.
