scala29: wrong permissions in /opt/local/share/scala-2.9/bin

Description

Just updated from scala 2.9.1_1 to scala 2.9.2 and all files in /opt/local/share/scala-2.9/bin got wrong permissions, namely 744, e.g.: 

-rwxr--r--   1 root  admin  4228 13 Apr 05:25 scala

So I was not able to run scala unless using sudo.

Permissions should be 755, I guess.

Summary: Update to scala 2.9.2 leads to wrong permissions in /opt/local/share/scala-2.9/bin → scala29: wrong permissions in /opt/local/share/scala-2.9/bin

As reporter, you don't need to Cc yourself, but you should Cc the port's maintainer so they see the ticket.

The port name should also appear in the summary of the ticket.

#30550 seems to be a similar problem...
