gstreamer @0.10.36 Uninformative description

The current description of the gstreamer port says “GStreamer is the core library. It contains the headers, core library files, and core elements.” This is not helpful to someone who wants to know what the port is and does. On the project home page, we find a much better description: «GStreamer is a library for constructing graphs of media-handling components. The applications it supports range from simple Ogg/Vorbis playback, audio/video streaming to complex audio (mixing) and video (non-linear editing) processing.» I would suggest adopting that as the description of the port, or a variant thereof.
