wine-crossover: update to 11.0.3; replace port wine-crossover-games

I'm attaching a patch to update wine-crossover to 11.0.3, its gecko component is updated to 1.5 .

Since version 11.0 in r90907 CrossOver includes CrossOver Games and CrossOver Game, I suggest to mark port wine-crossover-games as replaced by wine-crossover.

    CrossOver is now a single product which includes the functionality of both the CrossOver Games and CrossOver Pro lines.

The indentation of the checksum lines should not be changed, neither should the use of the variables in those lines be removed.

That's on purpose: since each maintainer has its own style/preference for indentation I choose to not match it and use port -d checksum 's output as reference.

I missed those even if I had just edited to change wine_gecko_version. I just glanced at checksum lines' shape and linted the portfile.
