py27-pyqt4 fails to configure

Description
Just did a port selfupdate and now trying to install py27-qt4. I get this:

I stumbled upon the same issue and, to get going, had to follow the same advice given for python at https://trac.macports.org/wiki/ProblemHotlist, but for qt4-mac:
sudo port -n upgrade --force qt4-mac
Something with the Xcode upgrade, it seems.

Unfortunately, It does not work for me. I did the Xcode-select and forced python27 upgrade. Still get the following error:

@beps: Force the qt4-mac upgrade! That's what did the trick for me.

There is nothing to fix here. Please move issues to the macports-users mailing list.
Please "sudo port clean py27-pyqt4", then try again, then attach the new main.log.
