new port: qcachegrind

Port: qcachegrind

Description

qcachegrind is q Qt-only version of kcachegrind. There is kcachegrind in MacPorts, but it's an old version and it requires installing the whole KDE stuff. This port has a +qt4nokia variant, which uses the Qt distribution by nokia if it's installed, instead of the qt4-mac port.

Could this make it into the distro, please?

I am not sure that it’s acceptable to allow non-MacPorts Qt4 for this.

Try emailing the macports-dev list to see if any committers can do this for you.

Version: 2.0.4

Agreed - the non-Macports QT4 variant needs to be removed. A few other notes:

  1. Remove the commented revision and depends-build lines.
  2. Your maintainer email needs to be obfuscated.
  3. Please use the new standard checksums only (rmd160 and sha256). You can add others if the developer is publishing them.

Hi there,

Ping again. Frédéric, do you plan to fix your initial Portfile?

Here is an update of this file. It works properly on my (Mountain Lion) machine, and would be a nice replacement for kcachegrind. Is there something preventing its inclusion of MacPorts?
