Description (last modified by ryandesign (Ryan Carsten Schmidt))
All aarnet URLs are returning:
The AARNet Mirror is down for emergency maintenance
We apologise for the outage, but our last honey badger has taken a nap. We're working as hard as we can to wake up our honey badgers, until then, please sit tight or try another mirror.
Problematically, whatever temporary emergency http server they've set up does not appear to deliver any HTTP headers whatsoever (at least none that I can see with curl) so it's interpreted as an HTTP 200 OK which causes fetch problems for users with MisbehavingServers all users.

I removed all aarnet URLs from mirror_sites.tcl in r92746; this revision should be reverted when the server problem is resolved.
