GTK3 uses X11 even with +no_x11 +quartz -x11 variants

Description
My system is configured with the +no_x11 +quartz -x11 variants. But when I launch a software that uses GTK3 Xquartz is also launched (I tested with gtk3-demo).
I posted a defect today (#34530) about GTK3 needing xinput event with those variants. I guess this is related.

I believe this has been fixed by r95237. Please test and re-open if this problem still exists.
