libtool build failure

Description

libtool doesn't build.

see build bot failure ​http://build.macports.org/builders/buildports-lion-x86_64/builds/1348/steps/compile/logs/stdio

as far as I can see it depends on autoconf. When autoconf is installed libtool builds fine.

added autoconf as build dependency in r93790

You shouldn't increase the revision when the only change is to build-time dependencies.

Also, libtool built fine on the buildbot prior to your change in r93788.
