Please update claws-mail to 3.8.0

Patches to the Portfile are attached -- they are (obviously) just a bump in the version number and a change to the checksums.

Committed in r94163. I also removed the "revision 1" line, because the revision should drop to zero when the version is increased. I also removed the "use_autoconf yes" line because there was no explanation in #25572 about why it was originally added, and that was years ago and it built fine for me today without that line. I also added our standard modeline since the portfile already follows our whitespace standards.
