It's my company's network security. It own't allow downloads of anything if it can't find a digital signature. I'll have to look for another way to download it.

403 Error occurs if the download is attempted from the link http://ykf.ca.distfiles.macports.org/MacPorts/mpdistfiles/ps2eps/ps2eps-1.68.tar.gz

That’s a third-party mirror that we don’t control; the file in question exists on our mirror. Please contact the administrator to report the problem.
Note: See
TracTickets for help on using
tickets.
I was able to install this without a problem on my system. From the log, it looks like you weren't able to download the source archive from any of the sites or mirrors. Do you perhaps have a proxy or other mechanism in place that may be blocking HTTP traffic on the system you tried to install on? Try opening this URL in a browser:
http://ykf.ca.distfiles.macports.org/MacPorts/mpdistfiles/ps2eps/ps2eps-1.68.tar.gz
If you get an error, it probably means there is some network issue with your system. If you can download the file successfully, you can copy it to /opt/macports/var/macports/distfiles/ps2eps/ and try installing again.
I'm not sure what else the issue could be, since the Portfile and checksums seem to be OK.
